Refund & Return Policy – Elyvia Jewels
This Refund & Return Policy governs purchases made through Elyvia Jewels.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged condition. To qualify, customers must notify Elyvia within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear supporting evidence, including photos/videos of the damaged product, outer packaging, and shipping label. The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If a product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify Elyvia within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos and unboxing video, if available). Upon verification, Elyvia reserves the right to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original method of payment. Elyvia shall not be responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banking institutions.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
6. Limitation of Liability
Elyvia shall not be liable for minor variations in color, design, or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution differences.
7. Right to Refuse Returns
Elyvia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above or where sufficient proof of damage is not provided.
